Apple's license comes first
You get Prodline from Apple's App Store (or TestFlight during the beta), so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app. These terms add to it. Where the two disagree about the app itself, Apple's agreement wins. Apple isn't responsible for Prodline or its support; we are.
What Prodline is
Prodline helps you plan side projects and track their numbers. It shows data that you connect from other services (such as Stripe, App Store Connect, GitHub, TikTok or Instagram) and data you enter yourself. It doesn't give financial, legal or business advice, and the numbers it shows are only as accurate as the services they come from.
Your data and your accounts
- Your projects, goals and numbers belong to you. They live on your iPhone and in your private iCloud, as described in the privacy policy.
- You're responsible for the keys, tokens and logins you connect, and for having the right to use them. Use read-only keys where a service offers them; the setup guides say which permissions each one needs.
- When you connect a service, you also use it under that service's own terms. Prodline isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their names and marks belong to their owners.
- Keep your own backups of anything important. We can't restore data that's deleted from your device or iCloud.
Fair use
Don't use Prodline, the relay or this website to break the law or anyone's rights, to access accounts or data you aren't allowed to, or to overload, probe or reverse engineer the relay. We may block devices or webhooks that do.
The relay and the beta
The relay (instant updates, deadline Live Activities, and sign-in for TikTok, Instagram and Threads) is a free extra, offered as is. We may change, limit or stop it at any time. Beta builds may have bugs, lose features or stop working when the beta ends.
Price
Prodline is currently free. If paid features come later, their price and terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases go through Apple.
No warranty
Prodline is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that numbers from connected services will be complete or correct.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data from using or not being able to use Prodline. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.
Ending
You can stop using Prodline at any time: delete your data under Me → Delete all data and remove the app. We may end these terms for someone who breaks them.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Using Prodline after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live. If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
